Processing Time All PuzlPixel puzzles are custom made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Shipping We ship worldwide. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 10–30 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Customs & Duties Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at hello@puzlpixel.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Note Because every puzzle is personalised and printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns due to change of mind. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
